Im Kurs Mikrobiologie erfuhren die Studenten warum es so wichtig ist, sich die Hände zu säubern und in welchen Situationen das sogar lebenswichtig sein kann. Ein Experiment zeigte: In rohem Fleisch existieren Lebewesen, die sogar atmen! Darum ist es so wichtig vor, während und nach der Zubereitung auf Hygiene zu achten und auch für eine möglichst kühle Lagerung zu sorgen.

In the microbiology lecture the students learned about why it is important to keep your hands clean and in which situations it can even be lifesaving. An experiment showed that microorganisms exist in raw meat and they even breath! That’s why it is so important to be aware of hygiene while handling it and to be sure to store it in a cool place if possible.
